A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop - So Cool!

 

This month's Paper Pumpkin is super fun...called So Cool!!

Filled with bright colors and fun elements...makes for easy alternative card projects!

Starting with a quick rainbow card....using one of the large rainbows ..makes for a full size card.  Sponge a basic white post card with Pool Party Ink using the Blending Brushes.  Add a sun sticker and where are the stitched clouds from you may ask??

There is a great new set border dies coming up in the New Annual Catalog coming out May 4th called Basic Borders..... Super versatile!  

Next using some extra True Love DSP from the Occasions Catalog...cut a Watermelon card apart for a sweet melon card!!

The next four cards are a quick and easy pocket card.

This card layout can be used with ANY stamp set or elements...but is super perfect for the So Cool Paper Pumpkin!

Card measurements are as follows

Pocket Card: 

Pocket: 4 1/4 x 11 Score at 5 1/2 and 1 1/2 "

DSP : 2 1/2 x 4 1/8

Basic White Strip 1 1/4 x 4 1/8

Insert:

Soft Seafoam 3 7/8 x 5 1/4

Basic White 3 3/4 x 5 1/8

For the DSP on this pocket Card I used one of the included envelopes and cut out the liner!

Add a few Artistry Blooms Sequins with a rainbow popsicle and you are done!!

The next card used TWO watercolor popsicle pieced together...love these bright and fun colors!!  

And next using the same card layout....I used the True Love DSP.   Always LOVE the simple black and white patterns!   They go so well with these bright colors!

Add a few flowers from the retiring Confetti Flower Border Punch...get it while you can!!

Such a simple layout but such a great card!!

Now it is time to see what all the other talented demonstrators have come up with this kit.  The possibilities are endless!!
