Welcome to the Creative Inking Blog Hop....this month our theme is Gratefulness. I love this! Each day I try to live my life with Gratitude , as we all have soooo many things to be thankful for. One of the most important things to be grateful for are the people in our lives...friends, family, coworkers and so many more.... the list could go on and on! So I choose to make a card with my favorite Designer Paper EVER...Toile Tidings!! I love everything Toile...dishes, quilts and now DSP!
It makes for such a simple card...yet so pretty. Starting with a Real Red Cardstock base....Lined with a strip of Gold Glimmer Paper and sentiments from Country Home...They sum it up perfectly!!
This would be a perfect card for so many people in my life.
But as there always two side to the DSP ....we have the same pattern on the other side but in Garden Green. Hmmm...which one is prettier???
Tie the Stitched Rectangle off with Linen Thread and a Jingle Bell for good measure.
The Ticking Strip from the Toile Tidings finishes off the inside perfectly!
