Alaska Achievers Blog Hop….Varied Vases!

Welcome to our monthly Alaska Achiever’s Monthly Blog Hop!!!   This is a Blog Hop including the top demonstrators from Stampin’ Up!!  And we are leaving for our Awesome Alaskan Cruise in about a month!!  I can’t wait to share all our adventures with you!!

This month we will be highlighting new products and accessories from the Brand New 2018-2019 Stampin’ Up! Catalog!  One of my favorite new stamp sets is the Varied Vases!!  It coordinates with the Vases Builder Punch.  It is so darling…..so many combinations to be made…..

And here are a couple ideas from me!! 

The first one…so sweet…I created for my upcoming Stamp a Stack this week.  Using the brand new Tufted Dynamic Textured Impressions Folder…which makes a lovely “puffy diamond”  background.

Stamping the flower first…I colored them in with our Stampin’ Blends.  Add a vase, punched from DSP…this one comes from the Tropical Escapes DSP…add a strip of our Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon.  Super Easy and super pretty!

Here is a bit of a close up….and where each diamond connects…is a dot of white from our White Chalk Marker.  It is a perfect touch!  Also Notice around the flowers….I used the Light Pool Party Stampin’ Blend Marker…perfect for that subtle highlighting shadow.

Here is another simple , sweet card again using the Varied Vases.  We made this card for our June Stamp Clubs!!   This time instead of stamping and coloring….I stamped and punched some Poppy Red Tulips, along with a Lemon Lime Twist leaf and a Gorgeous Grape Vase….all which sits on a Mango Melody “shelf”.   And again highlighted with that cute , cute Polka Dot Ribbon!

Creative Inking Blog Hop–New Accessories!!

Hello Stampers!!!

Welcome to our June Creative Inking Blog Hop!

This Hop will feature some of the new goodies we have to play with!!   And one of my favorite new things to play with comes from the Graceful Glass Suite.  I just LOVE all the the products from this suite!!

Now when you just look at the product…you think hmmmm…but when you open it and begin to play….it is one beautiful creation after another!

Here are just a few things I have done.  These were one of the make –n –takes at my recent New Catalog Bingo!!

One of my favorite pieces of the vellum has 4 panels of flowers.  I separated the flower panels and made different  4 cards….the photos don't do it justice!  All were colored in with our Fabulous Stampin’ Blends!! 

Wouldn't they make a lovely gift set!!! And the font from the Painted Glass greetings is so perfect for the stained glass…don’t you think??!!

Next I made a couple of different cards using the patterned windows.  

Again both colored with the Stampin’ Blends.   I then added a piece stained glass vellum along the side of the card…leaving it uncolored for contrast. 

These cards can be used for any occasion!!    All of the cards shown today have our new Black Cord.  It is the perfect accent to tie the black edging of the Stained Glass effect….love it!!
