Saleabration Celebration - A Friendly Hello!

Hello Stampers!

And here are my samples...starting with a Fun Fold made from the DSP.

The color combo of Petal Pink and Pool Party are so soft and pretty....for the delicate bird and flowers.

And when you open it...there is a sweet pocket...perfect for a tag or gift card or whatever you may choose!! This is a great fold!! Great for any Occasion!

Next I made this "gate" fold...

Stamping the flowers directly onto the Fresh Freesia speckled DSP and with a little fussy cutting...they are ready to apply to the gate card

The Petal Pink and Fresh Freesia is such a lovely combination!!

Add a few Soft Succulent Vellum sprigs punched with the Bough Punch. Add to each center a Petal Pink 1/4" hole Punch and top with an Iridescent Gem!!

Next....

same card...just a different color combination...there is such a variety of colors in the Friendly Hello DSP!

Using Coastal Cabana stamped on Pool Party CS....add Granny Apple Green Bough punches for a tropical feel

same card...different look ...different feel!!

Simply Marbleous DSP - Saleabration Celebration!

Each Tuesday I do a Facebook Live featuring a different Saleabration product. But this Tuesday life had different plans for me!!

A call from the city sent me home from the studio to this.... a water main broke in our front yard.

Luckily we were able to get a Plumber/ Contractor out that day...and they worked only because it was above freezing that day. WHEW!

And this is what we have today in our front yard until the spring thaw. sigh.... but on a positive note ...it could have been a lot worse...we had no damage to our house or the street...we only lost two hydrangea bushes....what a way start start 2022...lol! Good thing our son in law is a landscaper!!

But the show must go on....sooo Saleabration Celebration was delayed by a couple days...on Thursday I had my Facebook Live featuring the Simply Marbelous Designer Series Paper!

Boy ...that is some fun paper to work with!

Here is one of the projects made that evening....with the Calming Camilla! If you didnt see the live....you can watch it here....

And here is just one of the cards....

Starting with the Gorgeous Grape Marbelous DSP...which is FREE with a $50 merchandise order....I got out my Gilded Leafing. Using Mono glue...add very thin lines of glue....add your Gilded Leafing and let it dry BEFORE you start rubbing the excess off. This makes for beautiful thin gold veining in your marble DSP.

Next either use your Layering Circles or I used 2 1/2 " and 2 1/4" Circle Punches and created a layered opening.

Then stamped the Calming Camellia in Gorgeous Grape Ink and place underneath the popped up circles.

using extra Leftover DSP ...place a strip inside.

Here is one where I had a heavier hand with the Mono Glue. The card is sooo pretty in person!!

Here is another card made on my Facebook Live on Thursday. Again using the Gilded Leafing with the Simply Marbleous DSP....the gold is such a beautiful addition to the paper

A golden bee made from the Ladybug Punch is just perfect for this golden paper

It is a delightful way to make someone feel special!

Trip Achievers Blog Hop - Daffodil Afternoon!

And here are my projects....

This Daffodil Afternoon DSP makes creating cards...quick and easy!! The DSP is definitely a "stand alone" beauty!

So not only does this DSP have striking floral images...the other side of the Daffodil Afternoon DSP has awesome neutral sides!

So this card I combined the coordinating Daffodil Daydream Bundle with the FREE Daffodil Afternoon DSP. Layering the Basic White with this bundle of Daffodils and color in with Stampin' blends. To see this technique....watch the Tuesday Facebook Live video HERE

And finally for my last card...once again the Daffodil Afternoon makes creating a card a breeze!!

Using the Stitched Rectangle Framelits....cut a rectangle from the Striped patterned DSP...add to the coordinating dotted DSP using Stampin Dimensionals. Stamp using the Special Moments Stamp Set in Polished Pink Ink and finish up with fussy cutting some flowers from the DSP and some Stems using the Daffodil Dream Framelits. Add just a few Brass Butterflies...and your done!

Friday Facebook Live - Sweet Talk Suite!

Hello Stampers!!

We made two projects ... a treat pouch that does double duty and a card that could be for a Birthday or Valentines Day! For assembly...please watch the Friday Facebook Live video or the measurements be also be listed below.

Both projects below are from the Sweet Talk Suite....it is just an adorable suite of super fun Valentine products.

Every year I love to give my (adult) children a little something for Valentines Day and this treat pouch does triple duty.

It contains a little candy....

And a gift card in the first pouch and....

a sweet greeting in the second pouch!!!

Now I could have used one our In Color Treat Bags to create this...but I wanted to use the darling Sweet Conversation DSP form the Sweet Talk Suite! Not only is it perfect for making the pouch...but also super fun to cut out the elements from the DSP using the Sweet Talk Bundle or just a bit of fussy cutting!!

Measurements: Please watch Friday Facebook Live video above for assembly

Sweet Talk DSP 10 1/2 x 5 1/2" ....score at 1/2 and 5 1/5...adhere. Then to make the 2nd pouch...score at 2"
Real Red CS 3/4 x 11" belly band
Real Red CS 4 3/4 x 4" card
Basic White 4 1/2 x 3 3/4" card

Next I made a card...which was inspired by a Sweet Treat Box from Laura Milligan.

I knew I wanted to show how to use the Sweet Talk Bundle and create a Birthday Card. The beauty about hearts is that they can be used all year round!!

And what a wonderful way to say Happy Birthday than with an envelope bursting with hearts...and of course a little bling from my FAVORITE Iridescent Jewels!!
