ELF IN THE BOWL

So many of you asked how to make the Elf in a Bowl..so here it goes

Cut Top Note Die cut into 4 pieces  each point.  You will need the Ornament
Punch and the 3/4 inch circle punch.
Find the 2 straight sides of each piece, punch half of the circle with 3/4 inch punch at
each straight side.  Next lay the ornament punch on the side and use the neck of the ornament
as a guide to position the punch as close to the 3/4 inch punch circle as you can get.
Sponge the shoes with Old Olive Ink and a Stampin Sponge
Attach to 1/2 inch wide by 5 inches long chip board covered in Be of Good Cheer Designer Paper for the
socks.  Add Cherry Cobbler ribbon bow and 1/2 inch circle of Red Glimmer Paper on the toes. Attach to popsicle sticks.
Place in a bag of yummy snacks to give as a gift.
Cute..cute..cute!! Thank you to Patti Lee for the Elf shoes card idea!

Back from Hilton Head

My DH and I just returned from Stampin' Up!'s first annual Get Away Incentive trip located in
Hilton Head, SC.  We stayed at the beautiful and relaxing Westin Hotel and Resort .  And relaxing it was!! The resort is located right on the beach, so we choose not to venture into town, so we.......

hung out by the pool......
took strolls along the Atlantic....
ate lots  delicious food....
and yummy desserts!!!
and received fun "pillow gifts" every night from Stampin' Up!

.
And of course whenever you get Stampin' Up! demonstrators together we swapped cards....more on that tomorrow!!!!

Well this is it!!!  My very first blog post!  It was funny, just a few weeks ago I was reading a blog post from another Stampin Up! demonstrator who had just started her blog,  that she was the only Stampin Up! demo without a blog.  I thought to myself...no,  I am the only Stampin Up! demonstrator without a blog.  I thought it was time to take the plunge.  I am very computer challenged, so with the wonderful help of my friend Sarah Anderson, we got this blog going!

So check out the FABULOUS  special for September from Stampin Up!  For every $40 you spend, you will receive one FREE 10 yd spool of 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon available in 5 colors...
